Change payment method

Tried changing my payment method but once I go through with it all it just says it's encountered an error. And I need it changed soon as my account I use now is way to be shut so needing to swap my bill over to new account

@Liam107  how long have you been a customer? New customers can't change their payment until two full billing cycles have been completed

@Liam107 if the online tool is not accepting the new detaiilscand you havecchecked you are entering them correctly call Sky as the agents should becable to make the change manually.
