Change payment date

I'm trying to change my payment date after my payday was moved at work but no matter where I try to do so on the app, via the sky q box or the website I constantly get a message saying technical issues prevent it.

 

I cannot phone as I am not the named account holder though I am the person that pays the bills

Get the account holder to call?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

unfortunately no as they are away until next month, just wondering why sky haven't fixed this issue
