Change of package and direct debit date

I wish to chande the direct debit date and my tv package

You can change your direct debit via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk/change-payment-date

 

You should note that after doing this the next bill could well be higher due to the date change.

 

As for your TV package you can add packages via your online account or to remove something you might be able to do it here:

https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs

 

If not then there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:
