Change my DD date from 7th to 15th of everymonth

Hi

 

Please could I get help with changing my DD payment date to the 15th of each month.  I would greatly  appreciate a call back regarding this.

 Also I would like to get a  higher data package.

@Stephopes4best4  Nobody can or will call you back in response to a community post from an unlinked account.  No one at Sky will know who you are from your community login.

 

Is there a reason why you can't change the date by logging in to you Sky account or on the mysky app? https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/account-my-bills-and-payments/my-payments/change-my-payme...

 

Any date change would also take affect from next month.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your bill scheduled for 7 June has already been generated (done 14 days before the due date) so as @GD1 has stated any change will apply from July. 

 

 Also I would like to get a  higher data package.

 

Do you mean data package for Sky Mobile? If so see this link on how to change it yourself
