Change in price

My package was 64 euro a month and that has now risen to over 110 euro a month without notification or explanation

@seaella3010  Have discounts now ended?  You would have been told at the time how long they last.

 

Have you compared you latest bill to previous bills?  You will see that most likely the discount you had will have ended as these are only applied for  a set period not the entire life of your services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
