Change in monthly payment
The new 2025-26 payments came to £105.95 in May, I managed to speak with someone and after a long battle, they agreed in keeping the same TV package (sky sport and sky cinema) paying £69.00 a month.
Someone came and managed to access my Sky TV using my pin on the TV and added TNT sport, discovery and all sort of **bleep**, making the next bill £149.00.
I have contacted Sky and now they said it will be £72.00 and not £69.00 for no reason, after 4 days of having that change.
One more thing, I have 25 years with Sky and honestly, I don't know why am still here with this people.

So you obviously disclosed your PIN number to whoever added TNT. When that was cancelled the discount amount you'd previously had was no longer available.

Hi @LBlack Perhaps you could charge "someone" the extra £3 a month.
