Change email account

I need to change my household email account. I can no longer access that email account

What is happening and are you trying to change it to a Sky email address ?

I didn't have a sky email address before.  I am trying to change it to another non sky email address

You can't change it to a Sky email address but you can to any other email address. If you don't have one then you could set one up at Gmail or Outlook.com and use.

Please can a sky employee respond to this question about changing my email. I am not trying to change it to a sky email address.

When you try to change it are you being hit with an error message because if so we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you tomorrow about this if this is what is happening ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
