Change address needed

I have spoken to an advisor by message to update my address so that I can buy sky glass as I have moved. But it's still not updated. I currently only have sky mobile with you and have moved address and want sky glass but it's still coming h with my old address for delivery.

You will need to call Sky again. I've never had to do it so don't know how long it takes to change to allow you to order.

Tried that and either can't get through or doesn't change very frustrating that you can't just change it yourself on your details page

When calling you need to remain in the line as long as you can and try not answering anything you get asked by the bot so stay silent,
