Every time i try to click on "my messages" in my sky account the following message comes up: .
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I have tried different browsers on my PC but the same thing happens.Any ideas why?

If you are running any type of VPN on your PC, you will likely need to disable it. Some parts of the Sky website will not work when connected to any sort of VPN.

Thank you for prompt reply.Have tried clearing cache and this didn't work.I then tried incognito as you suggested and this DID work. No idea why but it works in incognito mode but still not in normal despitre clearing the cache.

Incognito mode is useful because it disregards any cookies, history, temp files etc, so it suggests that your browser cache may not have been completely clean (it happens!). The main thing is it worked 🙂
