Cannot use Discovery plus

I was on the phone with Sky ( Possibly India ) on Wednesday 9th April 2025, as i cannot use Discovery + as it asks me to upgrade, it should be part of my full package.

After speaking for about 30 minutes, i had ti attend a prior engagement, the guy said he was off until Sunday 13th April 2025, and he would ring me at 11.00, when he commenced his shift.

Still waiting, no call, and still no Discovery +.

yes, it used to work, but just gave up one day, and started asking me to upgrade to watch.
