Cannot sign up - technical errors

I keep trying to sign up to a broadband deal but every time I click the final button after selecting all of the optional add-ons, it just says there is a technical error and to try again. This has been happening all week so far.

First thing i'd suggest is make sure you aren't running any VPNs and also try clearing the cookies and temporary files on your web browser and see if that stops the error. 

 

If it doesn't then you will need to phone Sky to complete the broadband order.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
