it's an ongoing problem with sky I'm unable to make calls out on my house phone.Have made numerous complaints and calls but still not resolved.I dial out and it says unable to connect as you haven't paid your bill and I have!

Hello thanks for the reply,it was paid today.Buy this has happened so many times and I have spoken to sky who have said they are not sure why its happened.Ive raised complaints etc then someone comes back to me ,we try different things.Nothing works ,it's also awkward as we have a bad mobile signal here and I desperately need my phone on.
