Just opened my new Sky Stream: tried logging in to my Sky App to arrange delivery of the box: put in my email and password, both accepted:
then when it asked for my address, it was rejected. Spoke to 4 people at Sky - yes FOUR - who all confirmed my address. Nobody has a solution as to why the app doesn't agree with them. Looks like I will no alternative but to cancel an account I have just opened.
