I keep getting emails telling me all the great stuff at VIP but when I try to get in it says I an not eligible I am using another email address I ONLY use the above email address with sky I spoke to a man on the phone who said I had to use a different email
I did try and got nowhere as I never use that then tried to sell me a tablet
