Just so you know, we're mainly customers here. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post.
What problem are you having claiming your Tesco vouchers? And what have Sky said about it?

I have been trying for 4wks to redeem my Sky vouchers (£25 to purchase a new remote from Tesco to replace my faulty remote) I have spoke to various Sky advisors, the majority of them I can't understand, and have got nowhere! I am fed up explaining the problem and being told there's a 'glitch' or try again in 5 days! 4wks later I am no nearer to redeeming my voucher and I feel like giving up and purchasing one myself!

No, I can log onto the website but I cannot redeem my vouchers!

Hi,
I also have this issue with the Tesco Voucher.
error says after login in;
"Whoops, there been an error"
"sorry, but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request"
then all you can do is press the "Return to Rewards and Extras" page. Nothings there to help further with the issue.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
