On July 3rd paramount took £6.99 from my bank. I have tried to cancel it with paramount but they are saying it needs to be cancelled with sky. Rang sky they have nothing on my account for paramount so they can't cancel it either. I tried to cancel it with my bank but that can't be done as it's a continuous subscription done on my card. So I'm at a loss as to how to cancel something that I didn't know I had till yesterday.
If paramount took the amount from your bank and it wasn't included in your Sky bill then despite what Paramount are telling you its nothing to do with Sky.
What would have happened is when you cancelled your Sky Cinema, Sky would have released the billing and given it back to Paramount +. When you first created your Paramount + account i'm guessing you entered payment details, which Paramount would have reverted to when you cancelled Sky Cinema and thus Sky were no longer covering the cost of the monthly subscription.

@MarkGoldsmith When I go to my account on paramount it says it is through sky. They have not charged me from April when I cancelled the movie channel so looks like they gave me 3months free then started to charge me. It is a nightmare trying to get it cancelled neither sky or paramount will take responsibility.
