Cancelling subscription

How do i cancel my sky sports and sky cinema and sky kids subscriptions

You would need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel these 3 packages from your account:

 

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

In addition, its worth noting that you may not be able to remove these add-ons if they are part of a minimum term contract.

I simply want to cancel my sky sports subscription and you are not helping.  If this continues I will cancel my whole sky account sort it out

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.


To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.
