Cancelling subscription

I want to cancel my subscription 25.00 Then go subscribe to 22.00 offer please

Your posts are not clear as to what you have or haven't done so if you have called Sky to cancel and have changed your mind then you need to call them again so they can stop the cancellation.

Subscription to what? You can't cancel and then start again as a new customer if that's what you mean.

What subscription? Which offer? You need to provide more information.

I've changed my mind , I'm just looking to see if I can make my bills less as Xmas creeping up again 

 

I do not want to cancel my sky account

The best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.

Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.

To make my package deal cheaper to cut costs

One of your colleagues called me this morning, then hung up on me .... I thought is it a scam caller but it wasn't ....

Can someone else call me to discuss my account plz

This is a customer to customer help forum. Nobody from Sky will call you. You will need to ring back.

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are. You will need to contact Sky again.
