Cancelling my subscription

I cancelled my 3 sky items as 2 engineers did not turn up & then I was surpost to have a phone call to confirm the faults were sorted out but they weren't so this was over 2 weeks . So I cancelled mu subscription as this was the 3rd chance I gave sky the opportunity to rectify.
