Cancelling my direct debit

I have been paying for mo the and not able to watch sky tv because I haven't got any progress with booking my move. I have called several times and I get told a link has been sent which honest show anything when I click on it. I'm not able to book my move. This is frustrating. Sky needs to do better with phone customer service

Not sure what cancelling your direct debit has to do with this ?

 

I would ask Sky to book the home move for you which they should be more than able to do as issue with the site do crop up from time to time.
