Re: Cancelling Sky Cinema
@Becca2501
To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service

Re: Cancelling Sky Cinema
As long as you are not in a contract with Skynyou would need to have gone rhem
to give the required 31 days notice to cancel it.
You can't cancel Sky Talj if you also have a heed Sky Broadbsnd as they come as a package so if you cancel me then the other is also cancelled.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

it's Sky Talk, not Talk Talk which is a separate provider.
As stated above Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. You can't cancel the Talk side of things without cancelling Broadband as well. Make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges.
