To remove any subscriptions/packages you have to contact Sky by phone/chat.
NetFlix is sometimes bundled - but will appear on your bill as a line item. If the 'premium' element is removed then the level of your NetFlix sub will be reduced (i.e. number of concurrent screens etc.)
