Login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates should show:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv or
https://www.sky.com/hub/tv
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk

I believe you can also view the dates via the MySky app.

Re: Cancelling My Sky

This Saga of Cancelling my contract with Sky continues!!! I was refered to SKY'S Debt recovery Postdue which I agreed reluctantly to pay the outstanding amount owed through them but received a letter back saying they are now not dealing with with it anymore but refered me to TDX Group Ltd (BSKYB) what a mess!!!

Predictable, I'm afraid, as per my earlier post. Speak to the DCA to get it dealt with, once and for all.

Perhaps because of the reasons you originally spoke to them, which presumably they can't help with. It's TDX Group you need to speak to now. Tell them you've agreed with Sky to pay and make arrangements with them to do so. I'm sure they'll be happy to help.

Re: Cancelling My Sky

Exactly the same rubbish service. I have to pay to hold to cancel something.  Can't remember the password, won't reset it therefore stalemate. Shocking as you can't cancel you account online as they obviously want to keep bribing you with new offers

@Humberside9999999 if you have Sky Talk or Sky Mobile,  calls to Sky are free. Alternatively use the online messaging service mentioned earlier in rhe thread.

Sky don't 'bribe' customers, but they do often make offers to cancelling customers which they ,may or may not choose freely to accept.

Re: Cancelling My Sky and the price of the bill being too high!

I have had the exact same problems with sky as in they wont let me leave the annoying contract where they keep raising the prise of the bill and the wifi box just not working at all now and i need to work but all i get from sky is that they will eventually fix it but im not having it anymore and if i get an employee of sky replying to this saying that you cant cancel your sky contract or wait for the openreach people to fix it i am just not going to pay any of the bills and send the sky stuff back to them.

It's a customer Community. Highly unlikely that Sky will reply to you here. Your post is a bit vague, but it sounds like you're already in contact with Sky about your broadband issues.

Not sure what you hope to achieve by that. You'll just build up arrears, late payment fees and Sky will eventually move your arrears to a debt collection agency which will impact your credit rating.

and send the sky stuff back to them.

Sending loaned equipment back without cancelling won't cancel your subscription and the equipment is more likely to be mislaid as Unipart won't be expecting it.

Re: Cancelling My Sky

Hi I am cancelling my sky bundle. I know TV requires 31 days broadband 14 days. I need to pick an installation date for my VM installation. Obviously without wanting loss of service.  If I request an installation date of say 12 days time to get VM installed will my sky broadband stay on for the 14 day period, therefor no loss of broadband? Not so fussed about the TV as the new service will just be plugged in well before the 31 day notice period on that.

@Aceman46 yes, your broadband service should still be available until the end of  your notice period. Personally I would allow a longer overlap to accommodate last minute difficulties. You're charged pro rata on a daily basis, so it wouldn't be hugely expensive.
