Cancelled sky a while ago

I don't owe you anything as I cancelled sky a while ago!

You are right you don't as we are customers here.

 

Billing does continue right up to the day you left as these bills are created about 14 days earlier so could this be what has happened ?

 

Assuming you have now left is your Sky account showing as being cancelled ?

Cancelled sky

I have already cancelled sky and had phone calls to try and change my mind I said no so am awaiting box to return router! I have no intention of sending more money as out of contract.

Just a reminder that billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite possible another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.

Strictly, there is still a contract.

 

'Out of contract' refers to minimum term discounts only.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
