Cancelled Sky : How to get a refund

We cancelled our sky TV subscription back on 3rd March, effective on 1st April.

Last month Sky overcharged us beyond the effective cancellation date, and now there is a Credit Balance sitting on the account for £21.75, and it says "Credit goes towards paying your next bill(s)".

 

My question: How do I get this credit refunded to me?  The Direct Debit is still active (as instructed on the SU forum), but there is never going to be a "next bill" to credit this towards.
