Cancellation

My sky stream and broadband contract ends on 11th July can I email sky now and tell them to cancel on that date or do I have to wait until 10th June,ie 31 days before

Trying to cancel 4 months early will likely confuse the system and invoke early termination charges.

Hi @Rayoap   Also Sky don't use email as a method of inbound communication. Plus it has to be an interactive session to confirm your identity.

For Sky Stream 31 days notice is required and unless you sign up to another broadband provider, 14 days notice is required to cancel your broadband.
