To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky should notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period to the address the account was registered at. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

@JET1M2 Nobody here can stop anything on your account, you need to call Sky the required notice period to cancel any part of your subscription.

For future reference the community here is mainly a customer to customer support platform.

Also worth pointing out, particularly for the TV service, if you are still inside your minimum term contract Sky can refuse the cancellation request or if they accept they will charge an early termination fee.
