Cancellation

I want cancell contract and I am login and I can't do that ! It's broadband

@Tatianacarvill  You will either need to call Sky to cancel, or switch to another provider by signing up with them, they will initiate the transfer.

To cancel Broadband/Talk you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in a discounted 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
