Cancellation

Hi, I rang up about a month ago to cancel MySky and they said MySky will be cancelled on the 28th of this month. Can you find out whether that is going ahead please

You're only speaking to fellow customers in this forum, for account specific questions you'll need to phone Sky

As you rang about a month ago I presume you're referring to cancelling your TV subscription which has a 31 day notice period. If you cancelled successfully you should have received an email from Sky confirming such.
