Cancellation

I cancelled back in June and went with ee tv. Sky have still been taking money out of my account. I spoke to a member of sky and said I wanted my account cancelled.

 

How do I speak to a member of sky accounts team

Did Sky send you a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation?
