Cancellation

Hi. Just wondering I have just recently changed over to Virgin Media. Got the Confirmation email to say I have cancelled as well as the Early Termination Fee and sent back Sky equipment, however on my account it still says I got Future Predicted Bills will they be taken out at all, or will they be Cancelled

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What Sky services?  As VM can only cancel broadband.

 

If you have TV services and haven't cancelled them yourself then you still have TV services.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
