I cancelled my sky broadband subscription for July 14th, but was told I'd be charged because my bill fell on that date, but that I'd automatically be refunded it a month after, I've not been credited into my account or refunded. Anyone had this problem?

Yes! There is now a credit balance of £43. How do I get this refunded?
