Cancellation not gone through

I switch broadband provider from Sky. My new provider says they informed Sky of the cancellation on 10th June. Weeks before I switched.

 

I'm still being charger by Sky who say they were never informed. 

 

I have attempted to email Sky in regards to this, as I would like all responses in writing, but its been 11 days and still no reply. 

 

Any advise of who to contact now?

Sky don't use email for general communication which will explain why you haven't received a response. 

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging a cancellation? I expect not.
