Cancellation - credit refund

My Sky membership is ended at end of March, now 6weeks ago. I believe I was in credit and due a refund but I haven't received anything. How do i get the credit I am owed?

I cannot see my account anymore, so I cannot see, but I am sure I was in credit. Read that it could take up to six weeks, but nothing. So here I am asking for help

Ah, so I've finally managed to see my bills again. Yes I have credit showing. It says it will go towards my next bills, but clearly I don't have any as I fully cancelled my membership.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.  Which will appear from tomorrow.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
