@michellemariefinc   You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@michellemariefinc
To cancel all of your TV subscription, if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget to keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es). Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.

@michellemariefinc
You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services. This forum is where customers try to help other customers. The earlier advice applies.

@michellemariefinc

You need to follow the advise already given here as it is not possible to contact via this help forum so you will have to get in touch with Sky yourself.

Just imagine if Sky created a chat bot where you could just write "cancel sky tv please" and it would.

Imagine the carnage that would also bring with it with early termination fees and who knows what else 😀

Bear in mind that if you are within a minimum term then you can't cancel unless Sky agree to it.

And if they do they may well charge an early termination charge.  (Likely to be similiar to paying until the end of the minimum term).

But, as above, you can't do anything here.  You need to contact Sky directly.

Based on that info, be prepared for some really bad news! Unlesss you can negotiate a better deal, that'll be a years worth of monthly payments in a lump sum as an early termination penalty!

It's pointless trying to converse with this customer, she has made a few threads since August about cancelling and has ignored everyones replies.
