Cancelation of sky tv

Hi....my sky tv comes to an end in 2 days...should I have received my pack to send back their equipment by now? Cheers

@ShortyAuty  Did you give the required notice to cancel or is it thst your discounts are ending.

 

Once you've cancelled you should receive any returns packaging after the end date not before.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
