You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
For Broadband and Talk If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
