acctualy i am changing my home so i want to cancel my subscription

You cant cancel your subscription on the forum you'll need to phone. Also if you are moving home the typical process is to initiate a 'home move' with Sky rather than cancel. If you cancel and are still in a minimum term contract you will likely be charged cancellation fees.

If you are cancelling Broadband/Talk altogether you need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. 

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of any notice period to the address where the account is. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
