Cancel subscription

As a customer of over 20 years we are extremely disappointed that our monthly costs up by a full 50% with,out any communication from Sky.  We have tried to speak with Sky but unfortunately had trouble understanding the language on the call centre.  We are now looking at other options ie virgin media who can offer same plus mor for 80.00 lesss.   Our intention was to remain with Sky with what we already have paying the same amount.

It's probably unrealistic to continue paying the same amount.  If you've been with Sky for so long then you know that discounts only last a set period, used to be 18 months but now 24.

 

Once you agree that discount they do not notify you when it expires (arguably you've had 18 months notice)

 

It is unlikely they will be able to match a new customer deal from another provider - bear in mind any new provider will do the same and prices will increase once the initial minimum period has expired...

 

You can't cancel on the forum - you can only do this by contacting Sky directly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
