@RobinCarroll77 you can't cancel here. The simplest way to cancel is to call and give the notice required.

If you're 'in contract' there may be early termination charges,  or Sky may not allow you to cancel.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel a TV subscription iso you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

If you are moving to another ISP for your broadband  then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
