After 25 years with sky and after successive sky Q and mini box technical failures, I made the decision on the 16th of October to cancel all of my TV subscriptions. After 3 calls totalling around 90 mins I finalised with deal with sky to stop my services on the 17th of November. Low and behold this hasn't happened. I am now going to be billed another monthly payment for December. I have additionally purchased a Now TV and free sat box as a replacement for sky TV so I've ended up actually adding cost rather than reducing it. Any tips on actually getting sky to stay to their word and do what they say they are going to do ? Looking forward to my call
tomorrow with sky that is likely to take another 90 mins of my life. Thanks sky. Love you to bits.
