Cancel broadband
I have recently cancelled my broadband before my contract was up, due to moving house and already having a provider there. I was under the impression that I paid my normal bill of £30 in September and then my wifi stops on the 25th of September and then I pay £80 on the 11th of October (£30 normal bill + £50 early termination fee) however when I go on my bills it says 'next estimated -£15.73' for Octobers bills and no bills of £80. I'm just confused wether I need to pay anything or not?

Re: Cancel broadband
-£15.73 indicates a refund, which you should receive into your bank account within 6 weeks, providing you haven't cancelled your direct debit.

Re: Cancel broadband
Thank you for your response. Does this indicate I do not have any more bills to pay?

Re: Cancel broadband
From what you've posted, yes, I would say so. Just keep an eye on your future bills to check that nothing new appears
