Cancel as a bill payer not the account holder

Help - I work for a charity and Sky was taken out in a managers name who has now left, the charity is still paying for the service and we need to cancel it but can't access this particular account.

The direct debit also covers several other Sky accounts so we don't want to just cancel the direct debit.

Is there an address we can write to cancel this one contract and leave the others in place?

Only the account holder can cancel this so you would need to contact them and ask them to do this.

Was it a business contract or a consumer one?  If the latter then, as above, only the account holder can action.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
