You will need to call SKY to cancel.

If you need a number:

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help

Do be aware that some of the more recent packages have come with Netflix as  part of bundle which may mean you may not reduce your bills.
