If you aren't in a minimum term contract for those add-ons you should be able to remove them via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs . If you expand where it says in green "Already yours" you should see an option to remove.
Otherwise if you need to contact Sky to see if you can remove them, the contact methods can be found here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2
