Cancel a product

Can anyone shed any light on how to downgrade my packages with sky using the app

Hi @Garethtr   Only Marketplace subscriptions can be downgraded online. Sky normally want to check your identity before making any changes.

However worth noting for something like Sky Sports, if you are in a minimum term contract for that ( for a discount) the option is usually grey-out for that as Sky would be unlikely to allow you to remove it whilst in the minimum term.
