Cancel Whole Package Before Arrival

I went to book a sky broadband/TV package for my new rental flat yesterday, however on the website I was unable to change the activation date to when I would actually have the keys or provide a different delivery address, so I called instead to place the order as they said they could sort those out for me over the phone, although I've had a terrible experience. Despite me being very clear over the phone that this was a rental property that I could not authorise any physical installation work to be done on, the sales lady upgraded my subscription from Superfast broadband to Ultrafast broadband.. great.. except I later found out that the ultrafast required physical installation whereas the superfast that I actually wanted and tried to book myself would've been fine. Even worse I made it very clear many times that this is a new address that I do not have access to yet so the items cannot be delivered to the new address, and the sales lady said several times that she cannot update both delivery address and new subscription address at the same time, but that the delivery courier would call me to arrange collection - this did not happen either and there is no option to cancel the delivery on the tracking site, or redirect it to my current address. For context I live 4 hours away currently so I cannot just collect it from there! At least the cancellation people were more helpful and cancelled the broadband side of the package deal, however I've still got the TV side of the deal+Sky puck delivery in my orders which I want to cancel but weren't cancelled yesterday over the phone. The cancellation guy said that they would automatically be cancelled after I don't receive the delivery for 3 days due to it not being my current address and that they can't cancel them now because they were already dispatched - I don't really like this idea and just want to make sure it gets all fully cancelled. What happens if the landlord or a neighbour is in and takes it for me even though I want to refuse delivery? The engineer visit for the fibre installation is also still in my orders which needs to be cancelled but seemingly wasn't when I cancelled the broadband yesterday.

I just want it all wiped from my account and I'll start again from the website when I've actually moved into the flat so there's no sales people to screw up very clear instructions over the phone. Any advice on getting the rest fully cancelled as quickly as possible? I'm just very glad I completely refused to give card details over the phone so there is no way for them to start charging me for their screw ups, because I don't want to know what would've happened with that otherwise.
