If not you need to contact Sky to see what they say as you might be in a minimum term with it so it they do agree to let you cancel you would need to them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
