Can't upgrade my package

Hello, everyone I'm trying to upgrade to Sky Wifi Max. when i go to checkout it says Enter the 8th and 9th digit of the card number used to pay your Sky subscription. Every time i put in my details it says incorrect entry. Please try again. but it is correct! i have my card details in front of me. I've tried changing payment methods and funnily enough get an error for that too. i switched to Sky hoping it would be good like Virgin Media but it doesn't even seem worth £25 a month i get 60mpbs download speed. I used to have over 100 on virgin media. I've tried getting help from the virtual assistant but it is pretty much useless, no matter how many times you ask it won't let you talk to a real agent. What kind of speeds do others get with sky max  i want to know if it's even worth upgrading. Honestly considering going back to virgin media and paying the higher price.

@Emilie3 Sky WiFi Max doesn't offer better speeds, it's a service that offers a guaranteed WiFi speed in every room in your house.

What is WiFi Max on Sky?

Got Sky WiFi Max? We'll guarantee you can get WiFi in every room, or we'll give you your money back. We'll guarantee you get: 10Mb/s in every room if you have Sky Broadband Superfast 35, Superfast or Full Fibre 100. 25Mb/s in every room if you have Sky Broadband Ultrafast, Ultrafast Plus or Gigafast.

The reason you likely got more speed from Virgin is that Virgin provide the internet through their own infrastructure, Sky utilised the Openreach network so the speed available on that depends upon a number of factors, including the state of the cabling in your area and your distance from the nearest cabinet or exchange.
