Hi there,
I'm trying to view my bill but the page won't load. It shows a message but it vanishes so quickly that I'm unable to read it. I waited a couple of days to see if the problem solves itself bu unfortunately I still only see blank page when I click view my bill.
Can soneone help, please? Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCan you try loading it I via a different web browser if this is how you are trying to access your bill. Another way to access it is via the MySky app that can be installed on your mobile.

I tried both, other browsers and the app. I get the same problem. The page loads for a second and vanishes. All I see is then a blank page.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
